Delta - Changelog Generator
Automated changelogs for your Figma design tokens, built with AI

Figma has no native changelog. When you publish a library update, tweaking a colour token, renaming a variable, adjusting a type style, there's no record of what changed, what it changed from, or what it changed to. For design system maintainers, that means writing release notes manually, or not writing them at all.
Delta fills that gap. Set a baseline, make changes as normal, then scan and export a structured changelog in one click. Added, Changed, Removed, with before and after values for every token and style. The output is clean Markdown, ready to paste into Slack, Jira, or Notion. Everything is stored inside the Figma file itself. No accounts, no API keys, zero config.
I built Delta with AI, from idea to shipped plugin, partly to learn where those tools genuinely help and where they don't. The problem itself came from maintaining Mint, PhonePe's design system: every release needed a changelog, and the manual process was slow, inconsistent, and the first thing to slip under deadline pressure.
